About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and technically adept Sales Executive to promote and sell premium solid surface materials across the UAE. This is a project-driven, consultative role focused on specification sales targeting architects, designers, contractors, and fabricators involved in hospitality, healthcare, residential, and commercial interiors. This is not retail sales — this role requires a deep understanding of materials, project lifecycles, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and fabricators
Promote and specify solid surface materials across hospitality, healthcare, residential, and commercial projects
Track projects from early design stages through tender, approval, and final installation
Provide technical guidance, samples, and recommendations based on application requirements
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for accurate order processing and delivery
Maintain a strong pipeline of active and upcoming projects within the CRM
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and specification shifts in the market
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Requirements:
2–5 years of UAE-based sales experience in solid surface, stone, quartz, or interior finishing materials
Understanding of project lifecycle and specification-based sales
Proven ability to work with architects, designers, joinery workshops, and fit-out contractors
Ability to read technical drawings, understand BOQs, and advise confidently on solutions
UAE driving licence preferred
Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
