About the Role
We are seeking experienced MEP Engineers across disciplines — Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing — to join a leading MEP contractor executing high-rise projects across Dubai. The ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in the UAE, with full project lifecycle exposure and strong technical execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise the installation of MEP systems (HVAC, drainage, water supply, electrical, LV/MV, lighting, fire-fighting, etc.)
Plan site activities, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and manage execution to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
Read, interpret, and implement project drawings and BOQs accurately on site
Manage manpower planning and labour productivity according to site conditions and budget
Ensure all site work adheres to quality control, safety regulations, and project specifications
Prepare and respond to project correspondence, including letters and technical queries
Support inspections with consultants and local authorities (DEWA, DM, DCD) and follow through on NOCs and approvals
Monitor project progress and support regular reporting to the Project Manager
Candidate Requirements
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (as applicable)
Must have completed at least one full project lifecycle in the UAE — from mobilisation to handover
Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience in a similar role within an MEP contracting company
Experience with high-rise residential or commercial towers is required
Strong understanding of labour control, productivity tracking, and manpower budgeting
Familiarity with safety and quality control procedures as per UAE construction standards
Strong communication skills and professional letter-writing abilities
Must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interview
