About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering safe and effective laser treatments to our clients, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to the highest safety standards. As a DHA-licensed professional, you will be responsible for operating advanced laser systems, conducting consultations, and providing post-treatment care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of laser treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic concerns (experience with Candela, Soprano, and Duetto machines is preferred).
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired outcomes, assess suitability for treatment, and recommend appropriate laser procedures.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs and skin conditions.
Calibrate and operate laser equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
Provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions to clients and answer any questions they may have.
Maintain accurate treatment records and document client progress.
Ensure the treatment area remains clean, sanitized, and organized.
Stay up-to-date on the latest laser technologies, treatment protocols, and safety regulations.
Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a relevant healthcare field (mandatory).
Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or Eligibility Letter for a nursing profession (mandatory). Existing license convertible to DHA is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Laser Technician in a reputable medical or aesthetic clinic (highly desirable).
Proven experience with Candela, Soprano, and/or Duetto laser systems (preferred).
Strong understanding of laser technology, treatment principles, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
