Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Expediter & Logistic Assistant to join our team at Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Expediter & Logistic Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services to our clients. You will work closely with our logistics team to coordinate and monitor the movement of products and materials, and ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor and track the movement of products and materials to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on order status and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, and deliveries
- Identify and resolve any logistical problems that may arise during the delivery process
- Work closely with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process
- Provide support to the logistics team as needed
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of UAE logistics and customs regulations is a plus
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
