CAIO / Chief Technology Officer / AI & Digital Strategy
A leading diversified group headquartered in Dubai is seeking a senior technology executive to lead enterprise technology, AI adoption and digital transformation across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the group technology roadmap in line with strategic business goals.
- Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption to improve productivity, decision-making and competitive advantage.
- Drive digital transformation including cloud migration, ERP integration and workflow automation.
- Evaluate and implement AI platforms, tools and frameworks across multiple sectors.
- Oversee cybersecurity, technology investment, vendor relationships and digital risk.
- Build and mentor high-performing technology, engineering, cybersecurity and AI teams.
- Report technology and AI implementation performance directly to the CEO.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technology leadership experience, including 3–5 years at C-level.
- Proven delivery of AI solutions, machine-learning initiatives and digital platforms in complex environments.
- Strong cloud, enterprise systems, data analytics and cybersecurity expertise.
- Working knowledge of modern AI platforms and frameworks including OpenAI and enterprise AI ecosystems.
- Ability to lead multi-sector digital strategy and connect AI capability to business outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology or engineering discipline; Master’s or MBA preferred.
